Thanks to the R-Cooker multifunctional oven, the user can serve food products that are of even higher quality and more competitive than before. Any food portion is cooked quickly and easily: just by pressing a button, it will be ready in 1 – 4 minutes. Thanks to the R-Cooker oven, anyone can be a good chef and always cook steaks just right

REPLACES THE GRIDIRON AND THE DEEP FRYER

The temperatures of the grill level of the two-part R-Cooker oven can be controlled separately. Thanks to the new response technology, the oven's stand-by temperature can be lowered – and it will still be possible to react to a new order quickly. This is energy efficiency at its best, as the oven's gridiron and deep fryer sections are in an enclosed and insulated space within the oven. This way, any waste heat can be used up well. The R-Cooker has two full-size deep fryers.

The head chef of an R-Cooker kitchen can rest easy on their days off: only the best quality food comes from this kitchen at all times, thanks to the new technology. With the pre-programmed recipes, the machine will ensure with just a press of a button that the portion is cooked precisely the right amount of time, guaranteeing a high-quality end result.

Safety:

Thanks to the enclosed system the oven, including the deep fryers, offers a high level of fire safety. The oven does not require a fire resistant duct because the catalytic converter removes the grease smell from the oven. The outer surfaces of the oven remain cool and if a fault occurs, the safety system will activate an automatic alarm on the oven display.
